In private sessions and group events, constellation work helps to understand and solve internal and external conflicts and to achieve goals more easily.
Constellation work has two special characteristics. Firstly, it is assumed that everything is related to one another. We always live in relation to something - at work, in a love relationship, in friendship, in the family, inside ourselves with ourselves and with the world. Secondly, constellation work renders an inner picture visible. It is about making the dynamics tangible: your thoughts, feelings, behaviour, physical sensations, states and situations.
It is possible that even when two people from the same system (family, couple, company) do a constellation work, the focus is on different contents because systemic constellation work relates to your own experience.
Karin Wyttenbach focuses on the resolution of intergenerational trauma patterns and the individual needs of the client. A constellation work can therefore be a family or organizational constellation work or an integrative constellation work that includes other systems such as body systems (e.g. hormones) or aspects of the self (inner child, future self etc.). The constellation work includes several approaches:
Karin Wyttenbach will define the goal of the constellation work together with the client. Afterwards, the most important elements are named and positioned. In a dialogue with the constellation elements, the client finds out why the situation is as it is and what is needed to achieve the goal (solution-oriented). This process follows principles (structure-oriented) and always respects the client's current feelings until the client feels reinforced from within and filled with harmony (empowerment).
A constellation work can change feelings, beliefs and thoughts that were previously unconscious and blocked. You may understand your self, your life, and your relationships better.
After a constellation work, many clients have adjusted more quickly to current situations and have been able to cope with difficult situations more easily. They felt inspired to implement solutions and walk new paths with self-confidence.
Our experience has shown that constellation work is feasible online and can have positive effects. Please book a discovery call with Karin Wyttenbach in advance if you are a new client.
No. Relevant elements are set up by representatives. In constellation work it is assumed that we are part of a larger system independent of time and space. For example, the family system includes all the members of a nuclear family, i.e. grandparents (even if they already died), parents, children, but each generation and each member has experienced different things over time. Their states are related to our inner experience today and after a constellation work it is possible that the inner experience changes because unconscious entanglements with family members have been brought into balance.
Ph.D. Rupert Sheldrake explains that plants, animals and humans are connected by a morphogenetic field. Sheldrake is a biologist and is one of the 7.5% most cited scientists in the world and has received several awards for his work. His greatest work is about morphic resonance. In the context of family constellation work, Sheldrake describes that the members of a family are to be understood as a social group. Every social group has an unconscious memory. The unconscious memory of a social group contains all habits and behaviors. In a constellation work the group memory becomes accessible.
The morphogenetic field also explains why family patterns tend to remain stable over several generations. In a family constellation work the family patterns become visible and can be changed.

Constellation work is a method that is used in coaching, therapy, politics, schools, hospitals and companies worldwide. The concepts of constellation work have developed dynamically over the last decades, so that today there is a variety of approaches in practice. However, at the core it is still a matter of making visible and changing one's own inner picture in relation to a situation, a relationship or an issue. Scientific studies have examined constellation work on various questions (Cohen, 2006; Ramos & Ramos, 2019; Retzlaff, 2013; Scholtens et al., 2019; Weinhold et al., 2013)
Goodbye draining routine - new ways of loving interaction
A couple relationship is one of the most important goals we humans have in our lives. We long for love, commitment, affection and recognition. When criticism, devaluation, provocation or a lack
of sexuality, a lack of tenderness and disinterest in the love relationship become normal, it is time to think about new solutions. Constellation work can make you aware of the underlying
patterns and enable you to make changes.
Frequent partnership goals:
In systemic family constellation work, entanglements with family members are made visible and resolved according to systemic, trauma solution-orientated principles until a coherent picture of the inner family emerges.
Dynamics in teams and organisations can be visualised through constellation work and resolved according to systemic, trauma solution-oriented principles.
